Yes, pets are welcome subject to our approval. You’ll need to complete a pet application form and sign our pet policy. Villas can also be fenced if required (subject to our approval).

Yes. All homes are designed for comfort and accessibility, with wide corridors, wheelchair access, and are ready for emergency remote monitoring systems (at your cost).

Yes, with our approval. You may wish to personalise your villa or add features to suit your needs.

Costs are your responsibility, and when you leave, you may need to return the villa to its original condition. Our team can guide you through this process.

Solar may be approved on a case-by-case basis, though removal costs may apply when you leave. The Village is also designed to support a future Virtual Power Plant (VPP) to help reduce energy costs.

Yes. You’re responsible for your private garden areas, while the Village maintains street verges, central parks and common areas. If you’d prefer, we can maintain your garden on a fee-for-service basis.
