Stage 2 Plan & Open Day Timing

It’s been a busy few months on site, and Flinders Village is starting to take real shape. Roads and landscaping are progressing, and our central parkland is now established – setting the scene for a welcoming, community-focused village.

We’re excited to share our Master Plan, giving you a clear view of how the community is coming together. The next milestone is Stage 2, releasing in November 2025.

While we were hoping to hold our Open Day this month,  we’ve had to adjust timing slightly while some final regulatory matters are completed.

In the meantime, we're excited to share our Stage 2 Plan, giving you a clear view of how the community is coming together, with 25 new villas becoming available.
